Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. what is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@solandtide.co. We will update you with the return address once approved.


If your return is accepted, ou will be responsible for the return shipping at your own cost. 

 

Any items returned to us that do not meet our returns criteria will be sent back to you.

 

Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

If your order came with a free gift, this must be returned with the other items in your order.

 

Please note, that any items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a full bundle. We don't accept individual items.

 

If you have received an item that appears faulty, we’re sorry about this. Please contact our support team at support@solantide.co with your order details and a photo of the fault. One of our team will be happy to help.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you’d like to exchange an item, you are more than welcome to do so if the item you are exchanging meets our returns criteria above however we recommend as the fasted method is just returning the product for a refund and purchasing another as most products will include free shipping

4. european union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
